Testimonial of Henri Porte, from IXBlue, about our UV-LED masker UV-KUB 2 and our UV-LED curing adhesive system K-ILU 2

At iXblue, we have been using for several years on our production lines, and with great satisfaction, the K-ILU and UV-KUB exposure-masking systems from the company KLOE.

Thanks to their reliability, they have progressively and efficiently replaced our old mercury lamp systems.

We use the K-ILU systems on the fiber-waveguide coupling benches for UV-polymerization of submicron alignments fixing adhesives, which reliability is well-proven in temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C for several thousand hours.

UV-KUB systems are used in cleanroom for the assembly of processing wafers before slicing operations. We also use these systems during the assembly steps of our hermitically sealed modulators.
