Kloe active on the japanese market

Kloe presents UV-KUB 9, a new equipment at the Micromachine exhibition which takes place in Tokyo from 03rd to 05th of July 2013.

The UV-KUB 9 and other Dilase equipment are presented on the booth of its Japanese commercial partner Beams. UV-KUB 9 is an equipment dedicated to dicing blue tape curing used in microelectronics industry.
